01 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the baj66 platform and its users. By using the baj66 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

05 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is: 15 times (15x).
• This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — these will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Once a bonus has been claimed it cannot be cancelled, however the user may request to withdraw their deposit without the bonus (in which case the bonus portion will be forfeited).
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games for a specific bonus will be communicated separately.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• baj66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

baj66's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the baj66 platform:

• All bets placed are considered final. Different rules may apply in the case of technical errors.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded or the game will be restarted if possible.

08 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Closure by the User

Users may contact our customer support at any time to close their account. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed (terms apply). As part of responsible gaming, users may also activate a temporary self-exclusion on their account.
